Aboutthe Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with our licensed physical therapists to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Guiding clients through exercises and therapy techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Monitoring and documenting client progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Educating clients and their families about exercises and strategies to support recovery.
- Maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- A strong understanding of physical therapy practices and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and team members.
- A compassionate and patient for seniors-focused approach to care.
