Description Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

• - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• - Follow each client's individual care plan to deliver tailored support
• - Provide supervision and companionship to ensure clients' safety and well-being
• - Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
• - Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition
• - Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for clients

• - Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field preferred
• - Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• - Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related training is a plus

• Must be at least 18yrs old, High School Graduate, able to pass a urine drug screen & background check & complete required competency training
• Possess the ability to actively listen to clients and find appropriate solutions in situations
