A leading surgical first assist services group is seeking a CSFA or RNFA surgical first assist to join their orthopedic spine team in Phoenix, AZ. The position allows for a work life balance, offers a competitive guaranteed salary and full benefits package. Please see details regarding the opportunity below.
- No call or weekends
- Monday - Friday typically 30-35 hours per week.
- First assisting on orthopedic and spine surgery cases. Must have at least 1 year of spine surgery first assisting experience.
- Guaranteed salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
- 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
- CSFA/LSAs hold management roles within the company so there is room for career growth!
