Responsibilities

• Screen and pre-admit patients, verifying insurance and medical history.
• Monitor and meet pre-admission targets using defined pipelines.
• Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies for patient information.
• Coordinate pre-admission scheduling and obtain required clearances.
• Maintain accurate admission records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline admissions.
• Support on-site admission processes to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Educate patients on pre-admission processes, timelines, and expectations.
• Identify and elevate risks affecting admission timelines.
• Assist with data entry and reporting for performance visibility.
• Maintain professional development through feedback and merit-based growth.

• RN license in applicable state with current practice privileges.
• Experience in pre-admission screening and insurance verification.
• Proficiency with medical records data entry and privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Strong ability to meet pre-admission targets using defined pipelines.
• Excellent communication to educate patients on processes and timelines.
• Experience coordinating admissions and obtaining necessary clearances.
• Data accuracy and integrity in admission records with audit readiness.
• Ability to identify and elevate risks affecting admission timelines.
• Collaborative skills to work with clinical and administrative teams.
• Adaptability to a growth-focused, merit-based environment with on-site duties.
