Come grow with us as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Soar Autism Center. Soar provides interdisciplinary early intervention services for young children with autism
, bringing together occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA, psychology, and other specialties to support the whole child and family.

Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
, you’ll help children ages 2–6 build motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills in a center-based early intervention setting while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Role Details
  • Schedule:

    Choose between available 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, depending on location and center maturity
  • Base pay: $86,000.00 - $/year per year
  • Bonus:
    Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800, with additional compensation opportunities for achieving clinical certifications
What You’ll Do
  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate occupational therapy for children ages 2–6
  • Develop individualized interventions addressing fine and gross motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, and activities of daily living
  • Conduct assessments and develop coordinated treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians
  • Integrate occupational therapy goals into Soar’s ESDM-informed approach to early intervention
  • Support children with autism through naturalistic, engaging, individualized treatment
  • Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies they can use outside of therapy
  • Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians so occupational therapy goals are reinforced throughout each child’s day
  • Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on data, clinical judgment, and each child’s needs
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, unless eligible for licensure based on a Bachelor’s degree
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care
