  • Lead WWP's Network portfolio as the executive responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the national care ecosystem
  • Develop and execute a long-term network strategy aligned with WWP's vision for veteran mental and brain health
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Warrior Care Network and other network-based partnerships
  • Expand and integrate clinical, academic, community, and industry partner systems
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with healthcare systems, academic medical centers, researchers, government agencies, veteran-serving organizations, philanthropic partners, and strategic partners
  • Establish governance structures, performance standards, and collaboration frameworks
  • Define and manage network performance expectations, including access, quality, outcomes, warrior experience, accountability, sustainability, ROI, and stewardship
  • Operationalize emerging care models, advanced therapies, technologies, research findings, and evidence-based practices through scalable partnerships
  • Drive network growth and expansion by identifying partnership opportunities and addressing care gaps
  • Collaborate across Care Coordination and Transformation to support an integrated continuum of care
  • Represent WWP in national forums, conferences, policy discussions, and strategic partnerships
  • Provide fiduciary oversight for portfolio investments, contracts, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams
  • Attend required training and meetings, including orientation, WWP Cares, ASIST Suicide Prevention training, leadership training, culture/team training, and departmental huddles
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, behavioral health, brain health, veteran services, or a related environment
  • Ten years of experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare administration, clinical operations, provider network strategy, or complex care delivery
  • Ten years of experience overseeing complex budgets, contracts, resource allocation, and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Experience developing and managing executive-level relationships with healthcare systems, academic medical centers, government agencies, veteran-serving organizations, and other strategic partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, nonprofit management, social work, psychology, behavioral health, public policy, or related field
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain ASIST Certification within 1 year of hire
  • Impactful, influential, empathetic, and visionary leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of military and veteran issues, including brain injury, PTSD, combat stress, and other complex injuries
  • Extensive experience in relationship management, provider network strategy, academic medical center partnerships, and cross-sector partnership development
  • Extensive experience in healthcare environments, behavioral health or brain health delivery systems, clinical operations, and scaling complex care models across multiple sites or partners
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Extensive experience in budget management and fiduciary oversight principles
  • Advanced data-informed performance-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence, strategic influence, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven management skills and success leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
  • Commitment to high standards of personal and business ethics and conduct
  • Up to 50% travel
