Market Access Leader - South

Role:
Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focusing on securing and maintaining access for radiopharmaceuticals within the US healthcare system.

• engage with providers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to implement market access strategies, support site setup for new product launches (including radioligand therapy), monitor payer policies, and shape access strategies based on market conditions.

• experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; strong understanding of US payer dynamics (public and commercial); self-starter with ability to work independently in a field-based, travel-intensive role (~60%+).

• experience with hub models, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, diagnostics, strategic decision-making, relationship-building at high account levels, and excellent communication skills.

• focus on radiopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, imaging, reimbursement, US payer market, upcoming product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.

Work setup: field-based role across the US with substantial travel.
