Certified Caregiver

Join a team that’s redefining senior care. We’re looking for a Resident Wellness & Mobility Specialist who brings energy, encouragement, and expertise to help residents stay active and engaged at our upscale assisted living home.

• Lead mobility‑focused activities that help residents stay strong and safe
• Implement fall‑prevention strategies and monitor resident mobility changes
• Create individualized ROM plans for residents
• Provide hands‑on support with walking, transfers, and daily movement
• Inspire residents to participate in wellness routines and gentle exercise
• Track mobility progress and communicate changes to the care team
• Assist with ADLs
• Accompany residents on safe, enjoyable community outings.
• Create a positive, uplifting environment that supports independence

• Prior experience in rehabilitation, assisted living, home care, therapy assistance, or senior wellness
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fingerprint card or ability to obtain one.
• Caregiver Certification or ability to obtain the certification.
