Position Requirements
- Background Check
- Current AZ Driver’s License
- Drug-testing
- Reliable vehicle for transportation
- Smartphone
- Experience caring for clients with Dementia
Position Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a home or community setting
- No caregiver certification required
- Experience caring for seniors, including clients with Dementia
- Comfortable providing assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Comfortable with lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining compassionate, quality care
- Must be able to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Friendly, patient, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable and professional
Client care requirements:
- Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
- Ambulation assistance
- Assist with Dressing
- Turning, repositioning, and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed
- Incontinence care and Toileting assistance
- Medication reminders only
- Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
- Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, etc.
