Join our 20 bed level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Banner Estrella Medical Center that delivers professional and compassionate care to families in the Phoenix community. The NICU is part of the Women & Infant Services Department which has been recognized numerous times over the past few years as a Patient Experience Top Performer. Our highly skilled team includes experienced bedside registered nurses, licensed nursing assistants, Neonatologists, NNP, Respiratory Therapist, development specialist, Speech Therapists and IBCLC certified lactation consultants that care for the patient population.

As the RN Operations Support Specialist for Neonatal ICU you will have the opportunity to primarily support the L&D onboarding and orientation oversight. You will also support WIS overall staff clinical development, clinical specialty skills pathway, quality care, risk management, safety and nursing standards, and lead department clinical practice implementation.

You will be working alongside a team of dedicated leaders and associates with expertise in evidenced based patient and family centered care. Our talented team drives high clinical outcomes, excellent experience, and effective resource utilization.
