Direct Care Worker

Caregiver Position

SYNERGY Home Care provides care to the elderly and disabled allowing them to stay independent in their home.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:

• Work short shifts, including tasks like housekeeping, attendant care, personal care, and respite care
• Provide support for clients' non-medical needs, such as companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Build communication and professional relationships with clients, their families, and your co-workers
• Deliver dependable care by being punctual and consistent in your shifts

We serve clients in:
Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, Phoenix, Wittmann and Wickenburg

Requirements

• 6 months caregiving experience (family care counts)
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Article 9
• DCW
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & proof of insurance
