Hacienda Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers/Client Care Advocates (CCAs) in our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) located in Phoenix, Arizona.
In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their highest level of independence, health, and quality of life. Full-Time, 36 Hours per Week

Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Direct Client Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Feeding
- Toileting
- Repositioning and mobility assistance
- Promote resident dignity, choice, and independence.
- Support residents in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Escort and transport residents to appointments and activities as assigned.
- Participate in on-campus and off-campus resident activities.
- Ensure residents' personal belongings and equipment are maintained and ready for daily use.
Clinical & Support Responsibilities
- Measure and record vital signs (CNA responsibilities).
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with individualized care plans and active treatment programs.
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and client-specific programs.
- Maintain compliance with required certifications and training.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and educational sessions.
- Adhere to all Hacienda Healthcare policies and procedures.

QualificationsFor CNA Applicants:
- Current Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or developmental disability setting is a plus.
For Caregiver / Client Care Advocate Applicants:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous caregiving, direct care, healthcare, behavioral health, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate attitude and desire to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain during onboarding.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of providing direct care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
