Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) has been caring for families in Scottsdale and the surrounding communities for more than 16 years. We’re growing our caregiver team and looking for dependable, compassionate people who are ready to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

If you’re an experienced caregiver who wants more consistent shift opportunities and a company that appreciates your flexibility and dedication, we’d love to meet you!

At VOSH, we know that caregivers are the heart of our business. We work hard to match dependable caregivers with clients who need their help.

Your availability matters! The more days, shifts, and areas you’re willing to cover, the more opportunities we have to offer you.

Caregivers may also have the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate for clients in select areas.

To be considered, you must be able to work at least 20 hours per week and be open to working every other Saturday OR Sunday.

In addition, you must have availability for at least ONE of the schedules below:

• Morning Availability: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week
• Day Availability: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week
• Evening Availability: 2:00 PM–1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week
• Overnight Availability: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week
• Weekend Availability: At least 8 hours on Saturday AND 8 hours on Sunday

More availability = more opportunities for regular shifts!

We’re looking for caregivers who are reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

You must have:

• 6+ months of caregiving experience — personal or professional
• Current TB clearance
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel 20+ miles each way to clients' homes

Our clients are located throughout Scottsdale and nearby communities. Being willing to travel 20 miles or more each way gives you access to a larger pool of shifts.

And in certain areas, you can earn even more per hour!
