Day Shift Opening Night Shift Opening Responsibilities Provide  patient care within CNA scope of practice under the supervision of medical or nursing staff

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Record vital signs, patient histories, and chief complaints

Prepare patients for examinations and treatments

Maintain supplies in exam and procedure rooms

Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Assist with office procedures, tests, and examinations#CNA
