** Pay Range**$19.00 - $29.25 hourly    Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.
Check out our shift differential pay in addition to our base wage:

• An additional $1.25 per hour for hours worked between 3:00pm - 11:00pm   
• An additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00pm - 7:00am

** We Require
*** One year of experience as a medical assistant, performing front and back-office Medical Assistant duties, including experience with venipuncture, electronic health records, phlebotomy, patient vitals, and EKGs
* Medical Assistant Certificate of Completion from an accredited healthcare training program
* Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification from the American Medical Technologists
* High school diploma or GED
** Job Contributions
*** Performs duties within the medical assistant scope of practice, under the direct supervision of a physician, mid-level provider, or Nurse Manager, to ensure quality patient care
* Completes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality
* Verifies dental, behavioral, and medical health information with outside healthcare organizations
* Conducts office duties, including copying, filing, scanning, scheduling, and document preparation
* Responds to and directs clinical calls effectively and professionally in-person, telephonically, and online
* Maintains confidentiality of all information in all communication and interactions
