Bonus Program:

Earn bonuses for reaching hourly milestones! ($50 for 50 hours, $50 for 100 hours, $200 for 400 hours, and $200 for 800 hours). Satisfactory performance required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Caregiver, you will perform companion and personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living, including:

• Companionship:
  Providing companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping services

• Physical Assistance:
  Assisting with ambulation/transfer, dressing, and other physical needs

• Hygiene:
  Providing bathing and personal care services

• Wellness:
  Assisting with medication reminders, meal planning and preparation

• Passion for helping others:
  Building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality care

Qualifications and Skills:

To be a successful Caregiver, you should possess:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred

• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (in homes or facilities) preferred

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
