Health Aide Substitute, East Valley, AZ

American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for Health Aide Substitutes for our K-12 campuses in the East Valley. Preferably a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA), or Registered Nurse (RN).

• Provides basic first aid and general care to students.
• Administers daily prescription and over the counter medications to students and maintains accurate records of medication given.
• Reviews student immunization records to ensure state compliance.
• Assists with hearing and vision screening.
• Acts as liaison between teachers, parents, students and administrators.
