We are looking for Medical Assistants I, II, and III to join our integrated healthcare team. • Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs, chief complaints, medical histories, and other relevant information.
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations, treatments, and office-based procedures.
• Collect, process, and test specimens according to established protocols.
• Provide patients with instructions regarding specimen collection, medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and other delegated clinical tasks within your scope of practice and organizational guidelines.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes in their condition to the appropriate provider.
• Support referrals, authorizations, laboratory testing, and specialty-care follow-up.
• Assist with patient outreach, preventive care initiatives, quality measures, and population health activities.
• Accurately document patient information, treatments, procedures, and communications in the electronic health record.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Follow infection prevention, medication management, laboratory, and patient safety standards.
• Help maintain examination rooms, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Support efficient patient flow and daily clinic operations.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, providers, and multidisciplinary team members.

Medical Assistant II 2-5 years of applied Medical Assistant experience For experienced Medical Assistants who can work independently in most routine situations and serve as a resource to less experienced team members.

Medical Assistant III 5+ years of applied Medical Assistant experience For highly experienced Medical Assistants who demonstrate advanced clinical competency and can mentor other Medical Assistants while supporting onboarding, training, and workflow improvement initiatives.
