We're looking for a passionate, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

This is more than a caseload - it's an opportunity to lead clinical care, mentor others, and make a lasting impact on children and families while working in an environment that truly supports you.

As a BCBA at Odyssey Autism, you will:

• Own Your Role by driving clinical outcomes and taking responsibility for your caseload
• Defend the Fellowship by mentoring RBTs and contributing to a strong team culture

• Manage a caseload with 28 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
• Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunities:
Available for exceeding billable expectations

• Monday - Friday
• Flexible daytime hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Arizona time)

• Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented

• In-person ABA experience preferred, but not required
