Seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Oak Recovery Health Center.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week

• Assist clients with identifying treatment and recovery goals, and provide supportive services to help clients reach their employment, education, and community involvement goals.
• Implement services identified in Individual Service Plans, and coordinate rehabilitation-related services for clients served on the clinical team.
• Communicate and document client progress toward their recovery.
• Embrace the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients.
• Usebrief clinical interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and supportive listening skills to engage and support clients receiving services.
• Engage and provide direct supportto clients’ natural support systems.
• Workin partnership with co-located Employment Specialists and RSA Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, community program providers, and other parties involved to assist clients in maintaining employment, education, and other meaningful daily activities.
