Soliant is seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians for a growing pharmacy operation in South Phoenix! This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to transition from a traditional retail setting into a fast-paced pharmacy office environment.

• Direct Hire opportunity
• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM after training
• Rotating weekends required
• On-site position in South Phoenix
• No dispensing at this location
• Heavy focus on data/order entry and patient/provider communication
• Approximately 50% data/order entry / 50% phone communication
• Opportunity to join a growing team

• Enter new and refill medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals by phone
• Track medication delivery status
• Monitor reports and resolve orders requiring attention
• Help ensure pharmacy orders are processed within required timelines
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely medication delivery

• Retail pharmacy technicians with strong data entry skills are encouraged to apply
• Call center pharmacy experience is also a great fit
• Strong computer and data/order entry skills
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB certification
