Pharmacist | Phoenix, Arizona

Lead pharmacy operations and chart a path to ownership at an established independent compounding pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity offers a rewarding blend of hands-on pharmacy leadership with a competitive long-term vision: future ownership. The role begins as a 3-month contract with transition to permanent status.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Supported by 1 compounding technician and 1 retail technician

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and provide oversight to pharmacy staff
• Supervise compounding processes, workflow optimization, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and prescribers
• Drive business growth and operational efficiency
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
