• Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take vital signs, monitor medications, and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment

• Certificate in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a CNA
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Availability to work overnight shifts
