Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of services provided in relation to client/employee welfare, confidentiality, and care; ensures compliance with legal and licensure requirements; manages physical condition of the facility; and manages and trains facility staff. The Program Coordinator is ultimately responsible to maintain the highest standard of client services, facility operations and maintenance, continuously work to refine programming to promote successful outcomes and maintaining client retention by following Crossroads mission.

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains employees.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the site.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Recommends compensation adjustments.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Involved with handling all employee relation issues.
• Timecard responsibilities.
• PTO management.

• Understand behavioral health licensure, local, state, and federal rules and regulations and ensure facility and staff are in compliance at all times.
• Manage/oversee proper implementation of strict adherence to Crossroads’ policies and procedures.
• Resolve resident conflicts and provide therapeutic intervention and/or support to residents in crisis and/or at high risk for relapse.
• Responsible for general upkeep of facility, day to day activities and facility operations.
• Available 24/7 for emergencies or other issues.
• Arranges and prepares for all client arrivals and departures.
• Responsible for all communications with outside entities for client and facility needs.
• Ability to identify with clients in an active recovery program.
• Responsible for maintaining proper facility inventories.
• Maintain community relations.
• Perform other duties, as required.

• Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services personnel member requirements of: at least 21 years old; or licensed or certified under A.R.S. Title 32 and providing services within the personnel member's scope of practice.
• Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training.
• Current and annual negative TB Test.
• Current and valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check performed annually and upon hire, preferred.
• Successfully pass a background check and an Arizona Department of Health Services Adult Protective Services check.

• Direct service provision experience and a working knowledge of addiction, recovery, and twelve step programs required.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external audiences.
• Must be creative, maintain high ethical standards and demonstrate sound judgment, problem solving skills, effective management skills, and strong organizational skills.
• Computer/Microsoft Office expertise with experience in reporting preferred.

• Required - High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred - bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
