Referrals/Authorization Coordinator
- Full-time, onsite, $19-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a fast-paced team!

• 2+ years of recent medical front office or healthcare experience required
• Recent referrals, authorizations, and insurance experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Work incoming and outgoing referrals for specialty care
• Process referrals and obtain authorizations for appointments, procedures, and surgeries
• Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and assist patients accordingly
• Interact with patients, insurance carriers, and various internal departments
• Complete the referral process for patients' ancillary, consultation, radiology, or lab visits
• Check insurance coverage, send approvals, and receive confirmations
• Schedule appointments and notify patients of progress
• Other supportive duties as needed
