Genoa Healthcare seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to support in-clinic pharmacies across 30 sites in Phoenix. This intermittent role covers daytime hours Monday–Friday with travel up to 50%, handling prescriptions, patient counseling, and immunizations where permitted by state boards.
Requirements include a BS Pharmacy or Pharm D, current AZ pharmacist license, and immunization certification (or commitment to obtain within 3 months). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
