* This role will be building, maintaining, and updating processes. Also responsible for staffing reconciliations and creating presentations.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

This will be paid on-the-job training and the hours of training will be during normal business hours.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* + Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex technical projects

+ Perform regular audits for system access, compliance and training

+ Provide explanations and information to Operations

+ Work directly with operational leaders to ensure security and compliance standards are continuously met

+ Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making

+ Build and maintain a backlog / inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity

+ Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast - paced environment

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

+ Must be 18 years of age OR older

+ 1+ years of call center OR operations experience in healthcare

+

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic) per business need

+ Ability to work any of our full-time, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + Background in compliance OR training

+ Experience in working directly with senior level business stakeholders

Experience with US Healthcare and / OR Fintech

+ Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
