JustOT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will carry out bed rail reviews, complete moving and handling reviews and assessments, and provide recommendations to support safe care practices in the home.
You will undertake home environment assessments, transfer assessments, support equipment orders and adaptations, triage requests, and conduct proportionate care reviews. You’ll work with clients in their own homes and liaise with families, carers and healthcare
