, is seeking a motivated Patient Recruiter Specialist to support patient enrollment for ongoing clinical research studies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, communication, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
- Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical research studies
- Conduct outbound calls using screening scripts
- Schedule and coordinate screening appointments
- Engage patients professionally via phone and email
- Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to internal teams
- Collaborate closely with clinical research staff
- Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or call center environments
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Clinical research, healthcare, psychology, or medical experience preferred
