Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for meaningful work, a collaborative team, and a schedule that gives you your summers back?
We’re seeking a dedicated SLP to support K–12 students with developmental disabilities in a school-based setting. You’ll have the opportunity to help students build communication skills, increase independence, and succeed academically and socially—all while enjoying a 10-month
school-year schedule with June and July off!

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language services to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Write evaluation reports and contribute to IEP development
- Program, monitor, and maintain AAC devices and communication systems
- Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Complete Medicaid billing and required service records
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Promote functional communication, independence, and classroom participation
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona SLP License
- Arizona Department of Education Certificate
- Ability to obtain an AHCCCS Provider Number and NPI
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Arizona Hearing Screening Certificate
- Experience with AAC devices and communication systems
- Experience working with students with developmental disabilities
Work Environment
- School-based setting serving K–12 students

- Direct interaction with students throughout the school day
- Multidisciplinary team focused on student growth and positive outcomes
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. with assistance
