About the RoleWe are looking for certified pharmacy technicians to help evaluate AI systems that support medication-related workflows. You will review AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, clarity and completeness, and correct them using your hands‑on pharmacy knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assess AI-generated answers on medication topics for clinical accuracy, patient safety, clarity and completeness, and note where evidence is lacking.
- Fix wrong or incomplete answers and write structured notes explaining the correction.
- Answer medication questions from the supplied patient context, reference material and labelling guidance.
- Check pharmacy workflow steps such as sig codes, NDCs, days‑supply calculations and insurance adjudication.
- Escalate unclear clinical context, conflicting guidance or anything that could affect patient safety.
- Apply project rubrics consistently and join calibration sessions.
- Follow project guidelines, take part in calibration and review sessions, and incorporate feedback to keep quality consistent.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or an equivalent registration in your country (to be confirmed).
- 2+ years of experience in a retail, hospital or specialty pharmacy.
- Strong understanding of medication safety, drug interactions and pharmacy best practice.
- Clear written English.
- Commitment to patient privacy and de-identification standards.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Prior authorisation or specialty pharmacy experience.
- Experience with pharmacy software (for example Epic Willow or Pioneer Rx).
- AI evaluation, clinical content review or healthcare data annotation experience.
- Work only with de‑identified data. If you see real patient information, stop and report it immediately.
- This role evaluates AI output. It does not involve giving medical advice or care to any person.
- Do not use or disclose information belonging to your employer, your pharmacy or any patient.
- All content you submit must be lawful, and you must have the right to share it.
- Do not submit confidential or proprietary material belonging to an employer, client or third party, or personal data without a lawful basis.
- Rex may verify identity, credentials, ownership and licensing; may reject or remove any submission; and may report unlawful submissions to the relevant authorities.
- Engagement and payment are subject to successful verification and to applicable sanctions, export‑control, tax and employment laws.
- The contractor agreement will set out ownership and licence terms for the work you deliver (to be confirmed by Rex Legal).
USD $35 per hour, adjusted by country of residence.
