We’re seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference and are willing to learn. We provide full, paid training and national certification.

• Work one-on-one with patients during treatment sessions
• Operate and monitor our high-tech TMS therapy machine
• Use tools like gratitude, journaling, and goal-setting to encourage patient growth
• Track and document progress to share with medical staff
• Be a steady, supportive presence throughout each patient are journey

• 2+ years of full-time work experience
• Strong communication skills
• A kind, composed, and positive attitude
• A passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and valued
• Empathy, reliability, and a growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback
• Willingness to train in healthcare without prior medical experience
