Full Shift Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a direct hire placement with a client in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy across in-center, in-home, and community settings, using a trauma-informed approach to promote child-focused, ethical care.
Responsibilities include developing assessments, treatment plans, and parent training; collaborating with the clinical team; and upholding Safety-Care procedures.
