At Nibblers Catering, our mission is to deliver reliable, made‑to‑order catering to the greater Phoenix area through fresh, intentional, and exciting menus. We specialize in serving corporate offices, providing disposable drop‑off catering, upscale drop‑off options, and full‑service events.

• Answer telephone calls, answer questions, and offer menu suggestions; accurately enter information into the catering program; send revisions and updates to clients.
• Work with third‑party vendors (e.g., rental companies and venues) for additional catering needs.
• Keep the Culinary team informed of all activity, including timely preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• May be asked to make deliveries and work full‑service events as needed.
• Comfortable driving and navigating work vehicles; occasionally participate in deliveries to meet on‑site clients and team members.

• Result‑driven professional with excellent communication, strong organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in CRM software;
  Caterease experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the food and beverage industry, a valid driver’s license, and a current food handler certification.
• Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
