Pyramid Global Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check out.;
Greet guests, orientate them through the spa facility, and provide personalized service.;
Maintain the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area and restrooms. Keep all areas of the locker room restrooms and lounge neat, clean and stocked with amenities.;
Ensure proper cleanliness of locker room, lounge, steam room, prep room and restrooms.;
Stock lockers with robes and slippers. Responsible for all laundry such as towels, linens, robes, distribute locker keys, sandals, robes, etc.
