Schedule: Tuesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-2pm, Sunday 2pm-8pm
Location: Sagewood

• Passionate about serving seniors
• Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in your work
• Proficient in MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and office equipment
• Able to make sound decisions independently

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations
• Assist residents with activity and event reservations
• Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs
