1. Happy Guests
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests’ names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.

- Recovery: Ability to handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency.

- Communication: Communication between Team Members should be clear, honest, and professional.

Role
Specific Duties and Expectations
The Van Driver is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses.
Transportation Services- Safely operate hotel shuttle/van to transport guests to and from designated locations (including airport, local attractions, and approved destinations).
- Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
- Provide information about the hotel, local area, and nearby attractions.
- Maintain accurate shuttle logs and adhere to scheduled pickup/drop-off times.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness of the van (interior and exterior).
- Report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Transfer calls appropriately and take accurate messages when needed.
- Provide basic hotel information including rates, amenities, directions, and policies.
- Assist with simple guest requests as directed by Front Desk leadership.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items are low.
- Keep gift shop organized, clean, and guest-ready.
- Assist with light housekeeping of public areas as needed.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
