Position: - SPA CONCIERGE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT - HILTON PHOENIX RESORT AT THE PEAK

Job Summary

The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a PT - Spa Concierge Front Desk Attendant to join our amazing team. The role involves providing the highest quality service to spa guests and members in person and on the telephone, including guest reception, check‑out, telephone inquiries, appointment reservations, and fitness operations.

Hours

AM/PM – including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide seamless service in guest reception, checkout, telephone inquiries, appointment reservations, and fitness operation. Serve spa guests and spa members with friendly, courteous, timely, and professional service, ensuring an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Remain professional at all times and treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
  • Work Habits:
    Meet and exceed hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, attendance, adaptability to change, willingness to learn, problem solving, and ask for help when needed.
  • Safety & Security:
    Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, including key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
