Job Summary
The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a PT - Spa Concierge Front Desk Attendant to join our amazing team. The role involves providing the highest quality service to spa guests and members in person and on the telephone, including guest reception, check‑out, telephone inquiries, appointment reservations, and fitness operations.
HoursAM/PM – including weekends and holidays.

Provide seamless service in guest reception, checkout, telephone inquiries, appointment reservations, and fitness operation. Serve spa guests and spa members with friendly, courteous, timely, and professional service, ensuring an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.

- Ability to communicate in English
- Self‑starting personality with an even disposition
- Professional appearance and manner at all times
- Excellent communication with guests
- Team player willing to "pitch‑in" and help co‑workers
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, tact, and diplomacy to resolve conflicts
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer Satisfaction:
Remain professional at all times and treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect. - Work Habits:
Meet and exceed hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, attendance, adaptability to change, willingness to learn, problem solving, and ask for help when needed. - Safety & Security:
Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, including key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
