Weekend Hotel Night Auditor

Overview

Weekend Hotel Night Auditor, Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown. Join a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace Winner. This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and starts at $19/hour, with the possibility of a higher wage for experienced candidates. All shifts are overnight.

Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A minimum of 1 year of hotel night audit experience is required.

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations, ensuring accuracy of the property s financial and accounting records
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests  needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, and operating office equipment
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel night audit experience
• Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
