Role Description

Seeking a Vacation Coordinator to join our remote team on a contract basis. As a Vacation Coordinator, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable vacations. You will manage inquiries, organize travel arrangements, and ensure every detail is handled with care, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and book complete vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Manage client inquiries and respond promptly to requests and questions. Create customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and budget. Ensure smooth, cost‑effective, and organized travel experiences. Adhere to company policies, budget constraints, and preferred vendor relationships. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
  • Qualifications:

    Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of the travel industry, destinations, and travel systems is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Training:
Comprehensive travel industry training will be provided.
