• Clean and sanitize public areas including lobby, corridors, elevators
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and hard surfaces
• Vacuum entryways, stairs, meeting rooms, and furniture
• Empty trash receptacles, wipe down mirrors and windows
• Clean walls, baseboards, light fixtures to maintain appearance
• Identify and report any maintenance issues needing repair
• Replenish restroom supplies and restock housekeeping carts
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

• Previous custodial or public areas attendant experience
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Attention to detail with strict cleanliness standards
• Responsible self-starter able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• Weekend, holiday availability required
