Part-Time Night Auditor: Detail-Driven Guest & Finance Pro

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Night Auditor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports.
• Balance and reconcile daily accounts and prepare audit reports.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously during overnight hours.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Monitor security and safety of the property during the night shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or auditing preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Part-time, overnight shifts typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
