Event Hospitality Associate

DUO is hiring 2–3 experienced Event Hospitality Associates to support recurring events throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and surrounding communities.

We’re looking for dependable, polished professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, serving, bartending, hotels, resorts, golf courses, catering, event venues, private clubs, brand activations, or similar guest-facing environments.

This is flexible, part-time work with recurring midweek evening and weekend opportunities. Strong team members receive priority scheduling and opportunities to grow into bartending, logistics, and Event Lead assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Greet and engage with residents and guests
• Provide professional hospitality and beverage service
• Support DUO Event Leads, vendors, property teams, DJs, and event partners
• Manage check-in, wristbands, giveaways, and activity stations
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, polished event spaces
• Assist with loading, unloading, and light event transportation
• Represent DUO through punctuality, teamwork, hospitality, and reliability

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hospitality, serving, bartending, hotel, restaurant, golf course, catering, or event experience strongly preferred
• Reliable midweek evening and weekend availability
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in fast-paced environments
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout a shift
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and reliable transportation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Bartending, alcohol service, food handling, or hospitality certifications
• Experience with luxury properties, apartment communities, corporate events, or brand activations
• Previous leadership or Event Lead experience
• Access to an SUV, hatchback, pickup truck, or vehicle with adequate cargo space
