WhatYou’ll Do
- As aFront Desk Agent, youmakethe first and last impression of the guest experience, setting the tone for every stay. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering service that meets Forbes Five Star standards.
- Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service Standards
- Serve as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest information
- Monitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriate
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activities
- Offer thoughtful,personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferences
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Comfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mind
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Basic computer proficiency , including familiarity with hotel or reservation software
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
