Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces, including inspecting mattresses, box springs, and assembling bed frames; vacuum behind and underneath furniture; spot clean carpets and upholstery; dust and touch up surfaces; replace light fixtures; inspect and repair grout and caulking.;
Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms per procedures and guidelines.;
Perform minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.;
Report safety hazards or serious maintenance problems to the manager immediately; follow all safety policies and complete required certifications.;
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods; assist with heavier lifting as needed.
