Spa Manager

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the spa and salon operations. This includes direct supervision of spa attendants and receptionists. All team member supervision when performing MOD duties. Other responsibilities include purchasing and receiving, operational supply and inventory control, processing and attendance tracking on a weekly basis.
Essential functions include creating weekly team member schedules related to all support staff, responsible for closing reports in B4T and proper reconciliation, providing monthly reports related to spa KPI's, communicating all active spa promotions and programs to all staff, overseeing all Sol Garden Operations, providing support for all new hires, maintaining all team member time and attendance records, assisting in payroll generation in the absence of the Assistant Spa Director, representing the spa on the safety and security committee, providing sales trainings and product knowledge and service knowledge training for all spa receptionists, reporting facility discrepancies immediately through Hot SOS, maintaining and updating all retail and operational vendor information, overseeing all health and beauty and operational supply receiving and reconciliation, entering supply PO's into Craftable and ensuring adherence to budgeted expenses, assisting in month-end retail inventory, receiving and tagging all new retail items on a timely basis, ensuring Forbes and/or luxury spa standards are adhered to through direct training and evaluation of all protocols and facility presentations and offerings, working closely with security and championing the Safety Committee on behalf of the spa, and being responsible for hotel effectiveness scheduling relating to spa attendants.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
Experience:
At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a hospitality or service industry. Spa management experience, preferred. Experience in a luxury hotel/resort, preferred.
Licenses or certificates: CPR/First Aid Certification, preferred.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
