- Deliver items to guest rooms and stocking linen closets
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Deliver messages and run errands
- Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas
- Step in as needed to make beds
- Replace linens, towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, take out trash
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety and hotel standards
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- 3:00pm - 11:30pm shift and possibly mornings as well (8-4:30pm)
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working with the public
- A team player who can work within a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- This is a full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
