WhatYou'll Do
- Oversee banquet services throughout the hotel
- Regularly communicates and collaborates with our internal Events team and clients to execute unique and memorable events
- Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
- Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Able to read and comprehend weekly Banquet Events Orders
- Ensure product quality and event space cleanliness
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead and develop team
- Must have 3+ years previous leadership experience in luxury hotel banquets
- An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
- Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
