Prepare, deliver and retrieve all food items using standard guidelines for quality, infection control, sanitation, safety and chemical usage;
Puts away all items once they are clean and dry to their designated area;
Retrieves patient trays from soiled utility room after each meal;
Maintains sanitary handling, preparation, display and storage of food and supplies mainly in the Cafeteria;
Presents food items in neat and attractive arrangements
