Job SummaryWe are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our guest service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our guests.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead the guest service team to deliver outstanding service.
- Train and coach team members on effective guest service techniques.
- Monitor guest interactions and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment for guests.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
